For a preferential price, we offer cosy creative studios in the very centre of Vilnius, in Užupis! Here, the resident community finds not only the lively bustle of the city, but also peace and concentration in the gentle sanctuary of nature.

In the ,,Kalnas" (Krivių st. 12) spaces we offer

We offer a bright, modern creative studio of 57 sqm (7 € per sq m). A team of up to 10 people can set up and work here.

What will you find at UMI Kalnas spaces?

• Modern, bright spaces that blend into the picturesque landscape of the Vilnius Castles Cultural Reserve

• An outdoor seating area tucked away in the undergrowth of centuries-old trees;

• A private car park reserved for the incubator community, so you can always find a space for your or your clients' vehicles;

• A newly renovated kitchenette for residents' common use;

Applications will be accepted the 6th of October.

The studio is available from the 10th of October.

THE SMALL HILL STUDIO

We offer a 26 sqm (7 € per sqm) bright, modern creative studio in the Hill space of Užupis Art Incubator (Krivių str. 12)!

What will you find in the UMI Kalnas space?
